Mr. Hitchcock is the President of International Operations and a Founding Partner of Skyfront Holdings Limited. Mr. Hitchcock is a board level executive with over 28 years of industry experience, he has travelled and traded extensively across North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Hitchcock's specialty skills include board management, strategic advisory, production, placement and client servicing capabilities across property & casualty and life & health lines of (re)insurance.
Mr. Hitchcock is experienced in structuring captives, self-insurance and other alternative risk transfer solutions for (re)insurance clients. He has formed and secured capacity for MGAs and Lloyd’s Cover holders in the UK and overseas. Mr. Hitchcock has successfully taken start-up companies in the UK, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands from conception through to funding, incorporation, licensing and operations.
He has further experience in dealing with a range of industry participants including regulators (UK and international), rating agencies and investors. Mr. Hitchcock has been integral in placing emerging risks through Skyfront’s Bermuda and London offices and is leading the charge with new risk coverages and program initiatives.
Darrick Cole

Mr. Cole is the President of US Operations and a Founding Partner of Skyfront Holdings Limited. He specializes in handling risk management analysis for private and public companies in emerging industries. He’s instrumental in identifying risk controls, gaps in coverage, and other potential liabilities.
Mr. Cole helped write the insurance regulations for one of the City of Las Vegas’ emerging regulatory programs back in 2014, worked with pro-active consultant teams to bring emerging industries to Nevada and has over 15 years of experience navigating non-admitted insurance markets. Mr. Cole elevates Skyfront’s position in the industry by successfully utilizing his knowledge of specialty risks, global insurance placement, and policy forms to support emerging businesses.
Mr. Cole understands the challenges with current coverage options available in the marketplace, the enhancements needed to provide comprehensive coverage, and is well respected in the business community. Additionally, he has placed directors & officers professional liability globally for private and public entities in emerging industries. Darrick has also worked on the LSU medical program, state programs for Utah, Hawaii and the country of Jamaica.

Mr. Allison is the CFO and a Founding Partner of Skyfront Holdings Limited. At Skyfront Holdings, Mr. Allison focuses on financial analysis, corporate structure, technology initiatives, and business development strategies. His experience, track- record, and deep understanding of emerging industries enables the firm to execute on its initiatives effectively.
Mr. Allison is also a Managing Partner at Skytree Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on emerging industries that provides investors with an intelligent and proven approach to allocating investment capital into innovative, compliant, and high growth businesses. Mr. Allison served as an Investment Advisor Representative for Morgan Stanley and United Capital, which was recently acquired by Goldman Sachs for $750M in an all cash deal.
He later went on to form EA Wealth Management, a Registered Investment Advisor in the state of Nevada. Throughout his investment career, Mr. Allison has managed over $125 million in investable assets, established captive insurance structures, advised businesses on risk management strategies, and established qualified and non-qualified retirement plans including defined benefit plans.

Mr. Stanton is a Founding Partner of Skyfront Holdings Limited, and a Managing Partner at Skytree Capital Partners. At Skyfront Holdings, Mr. Stanton focuses on corporate structure, governance, legal affairs and business development activities. His industry expertise and experience help Skyfront continue to grow rapidly and stay at the center of emerging industries as they professionalize, implement institutional controls and scale.
Mr. Stanton is also the Founder and Executive Chairman of Frontera Law Group, one of California’s leading specialty law firms. Frontera boasts a roster of best-in-class companies, brands, producers and ancillary service providers all working to define standards for this emerging industry. Mr. Stanton is currently expanding the firm’s national presence by leading Frontera’s transition into Vicente Sederberg LLP.
Luke received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame before attending Pepperdine University’s School of Law, as well as Pepperdine’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, the nation’s leading Dispute Resolution program, earning his Juris Doctorate and Master’s Degree in the same three years.
